mathfag here. Its 64. Here's a generalized equation I came up with for this, where n is the number of lines connecting to the bottom left corner of the triangle. In this case,n=5 numTriangles=C(n-1,2)*(n-1)*2 + (n-1)^2=64 where C(x,y) is the binomial coefficient
