Any former fatties here? I used to be 100 pounds heavier. Here are some things I used to do:
>eat a box of cereal for pre-bedtime snack
>eat two tubs of Ben and Jerry's at a time
>eat three pizzas
>have two tubes of oreos for dinner
>hit up Macdonalds, Burger King and KFC in a row
>eat a whole jar of peanut butter/nutella
>buffet every other day
>eat a few boxes of assorted chocolates
I still do these things except much less often.

Used to eat Taco Bueno (Obviously a mexican fast-food place) 2 times a day, within hours. Like, we used to go buy 3000 cal worth of food, drive around a few hours, and then go buy another 3000 cal worth of food, heh. Was 304 at one point, sitting at 210 now. Was 198.8 4 weeks ago, cutting again now, hopefully 185 soon.

Yeah.. I calculated my daily calories from when I was 15/16 and sometimes I'd rack up over 9000.
>Whole loaf of bread with nutella for breakfast
>snack on chocolates/sweets throughout the day
>50+ dumplings for lunch
>lie in bed/stay in the house all day
>7 or 8 homemade burritos for dinner
>a couple of bags of chips + 30 or so of my ma's homemade cookies for after-dinner movie. sometimes ice cream

Fuck.
Even in my fattest days I wouldn´t even dream of doing that, and I still have a gigantic belly I haven´t been able to lose in the 2 months I have been lifting.
How long since you started working out OP?

I lost my weight over 5 months. It quite rapid and I couldn't do 30 pushups by the end. I basically subsisted on tuna, yoghurt, veggies, weet-bix and I ran every morning and night and swam 50 laps a day.
I didn't put the weight back on like /fit/ told me I would. That was almost 3 years ago.

Lmao, I understand man. I had to cut to 198 for a Jiu-Jitsu tournament, and I decided I would go crazy on food after. Decided to total the calories, after a buffet, an ice cream place, a shit fuck of other random food, I had over 12,000cal in 7 hours or so. lolol Shit's crazy.

I never knew how calorie-dense peanut butter was... fuark. I used to eat that shit with a spoon and finish it by the end of the movie. Two days worth of calories right there...
