I'm done with lifting and watching my nutrition and buying whey and shit /fit/. I'm going to go down to the local playground every single day at 9 and workout every single muscle in my body until 11 doing only bodyweight. I will practice handstands, flips, whatever the fuck I can do without injurying myself. I will stretch for 20 minutes after and jog another 40 until midnight when I will sleep for 8.30 hours every single day. I will not watch my nutrition exactly, I will instead eat how my body dictates and just stay away from complete shit. Why haven't you made the transition into godlike fitness mode yet?
