The picture of the left is after a month of lifting and good diet, the right is a month. I do a ABxCAxBC routine with A being legs and chest, b being biceps and back and c being legs and shoulders. Should i stop doing this and do a normal 5x5 strength based routine or is whatever small progress i made working so far.
