Hey /fit/ Firstly, I'm 5,5' (in b4 manlet) and 145 pounds, 18 years old. I'm around 16% Body fat and i want to go down to 10% for July. Is this achievable? Secondly, i don't have lift for approximately 6 months, and still, i lifted not seriously before. With a very good diet and a good workout routine, can i hope to gain muscle a little while cutting fat? Concerning the diet plan, if i cut, for my age, my weight, etc, 2000 calories is a good start? I'm afraid of stagnation... Don't tell me read the sticky, i read it, and i can't find a good answer for my questions;) PS: sorry for my english, it's not my mother tongue
