>dirty bulking being a good idea if you're natty. Your body simply wont convert the protein and calories into muscle after a certain point, its different for every person, but once you hit that point, if you eat 2000 extra calories and 200g of protein, that literally does nothing for you aside from make you fat. I'd love to see the cholesterol and blood pressure levels of some of the idiots who think its a good idea to bulk at more than a 500cal surplus, i'd bet they are just as unhealthy as some of the fat fucks they hate so much.

If you ever feel/hear cracking in your joints doing skullcrushers say, its because your biceps and your tendons are not strong enough compared to your triceps. Similarly, if you do not train biceps, you'll eventually reach a plateau in your row and deadlifts, or end up straining a muscle. Quad has a great post about this, i wish i had saved it.
