I know /fit/ is mostly for physical fitness but can someone help me with a dental problem? I have a double tooth (two teeth in one hole) and need advice on how to remove one of them.

I honestly don't get why people complain here. My dad is a surgeon and he saves people's lives all of the time, and 25-50% of his patients don't pay him. He still does surgery and nothing happens to them.
Dentists won't do shit for free though.

if there is no permanent tooth to dissolve the roots, then it won't fall out and pulling it will be almost as difficult as pulling a permanent. I had to have baby teeth removed and they did not come out easy.

OP, if there is an infection then absolutely do not under any circumstances attempt to pull it because you can actually kill yourself rather easily.
I cannot think of many options for you but I would recommend that if you do decide on a DIY method that you take a 3 week course of antibiotics first just to be safe. Are you in any pain? You aleady mentioned that the tooth is already loose right?
I know a guy who got very, very, very fucking drunk and ripped out his own tooth with pliers, but there was blood every where. Not recommended, he was desperate though. If you end up shattering the tooth and leaving the root embedded you are going to end up with an even worse situation.

He can't overcharge people because noone would get an appendectomy from him if he charged 1000 when everyone else charges 500. He simply works for free and lives in a smaller house.

Last year the British government spend 18% of its tax revenue on healthcare.
So let's say you're earning an average wage in Britain of £22,800 at 20% tax. You're paying £4560 a year in tax, which works out as £820 per year on health care. (All initial figures taken from wikipedia). And this amount is likely to be lower for young men as they earn (on average) £15000 a year.
Whereas in America the average medical insurance cost is $2196 a year, which works out as £1362.96 a year. This will probably be different for younger men, but hey, we're just going on an average here to work out why we have a good system.
But then, let's also not forget that America spends 19% of its annual budget on healthcare. (http://www.usgovernmentspending.com/united_states_total_spending_pie_chart). So in actual fact, Americans are paying even more on top of that.
So, really, there is a very strong chance that you will be paying far more in America.
The British system isn't great, and I'll be the first to admit that, but I sure as HELL don't have to sit here and read that we're worse than the Yanks.
