What is your diet like? Your routine isn't as important as your diet if you are trying to cut.

I'm starting to think I have lordosis, because my hip flexors hurt like fuck after squatting at or bellow parallel and foam rolling/stretching isn't helping. Maybe I'm just not meant to squat.

Every week - YO BRO YOUR FORM IS OFF YOU SHOULDNT BE LEANING FORWARD SO MUCH/YOUR TOES ARE TOO ANGLED OUT (45-60 degrees low bar)/YOUR STANCE IS TOO WIDE Then I go watch them do ATG high bar, perfectly straight back, without barely any foot angle and shoulder width stance without issues when I can barely do 2-3 reps without giving up at a much wider foot angle and stance. Maybe its my gym getting me depressed, but its def. my flexibility that's holding me back.
