idk haha it helps prevent injuries and shit. i think it helps me recover faster too, and its great for pretty much everything

considering my lifts have gone from
DL: 135 > 315
SQ: 45 > 245
BP : 135 > 225
OHP: 45 > 135
all for reps in ~4 months of lifting alongside yoga a few times a week id say it definitely has.
5'8 manlet @142 lbs... just finished my first mini cut cause i missed my abs lol. started lifting at ~130 bulked up to ~155 on GOMAD and cut til now... lol

last time i tried i could do ~10 handstand pushups. i weighed around 160 and could ohp maybe 110x3. since the rom is maybe half of an actual ohp and youre not going down all the way its a lot easier.
not saying anything against op, im just throwing that out there as an fyi.
