I alternate between, thinking of adding pull ups and dips to the end of every workout rather than only doing each of them on separate days. A Squats 3x5 Bench 3x5 Deadlifts1x5 Dips 3xfailure B Squats 3x5 Overhaed press 3x5 Powercleans 5x3 Pull-ups 3xfailure
