So if I start on that from DYEL, will it be a well rounded workout? I don't know shit about being /fit/ so I'm trying to read up(going over the sticky and what not)

I alternate between, thinking of adding pull ups and dips to the end of every workout rather than only doing each of them on separate days.

Unfortunately I have a TracFone and can't upload the pics on it to my computer. I've taken recent pics but I don't have any from May when I started my routine. I'm doing surprisingly well for back/shoulders, though and I'm more concerned about the quality of my chest/arms routine than I am.

bench: 5x5 55kg
BB row: 5x5 50kg
Pull ups: 3xF (usually manage around 10)

Squat: 5x5 85kg
Deadlift: 3x5 80kg (was 1x5 95kg til last week but i felt my form was shit so i dropped the weight and increased sets to get some practice in)
OHP: 5x5 35kg
Back Extentions: 3x10 10kg bag in arms
Started lifting 2 month ago, target was 100kg squat by christmas, on target for that, started at bar on everything, no weights on back extensions and like 6-5-4 pull ups
5'11 started at 136 now weigh 145, know i need to start eating more but i've the stomach of a 4year old girl, resulted in drinking a 4 pint of milk a day, if all else fails may have to start GOMAD
