I'm in need of help my fellow /fit/izens. I feel the onslaught of a flu/cold coming on. I attribute this to running yesterday night without a hat, it was pretty cold and I broke a sweat, but fuck it no pain no gain right? Well anyway, I felt horrible today, stomach pains and my whole body was aching. Currently taking 5,000 mg Vitamin C and got dat dere Theraflu to relieve aches. Is that a good amount of Vit C? Should I take anything else to help me get through the day, and more importantly, squat tomorrow?
