Okay /fit/ I need some advice. A few years back, I was very much overweight. Through healthier eating choices and slightly more physical activity, I lost about 90 pounds. I have 20 pounds to go until I hit my goal weight. I want to shape/tone my body in the process, as I do have some flab (and essentially no muscles to speak of). What exercises/activities would you recommend I do? I honestly don't even know where to start. If it matters, I am female. Thank you.

I read the sticky. I guess I was looking more for something more along the lines of yoga or pilates suggestions. I don't know anything about working out really or the proper terms,so sorry if I used the wrong one(s). Also I only mentioned I was female because I thought it might matter in terms of biological makeup. My bad.
