So my roommate set up a small home gym in the kitchen with a bench, a straight and a z-barbell and a few plates, and I'm planning on putting it to actual use before my gym membership begins next year. I've been doing Kethnaab's SS for a couple of weeks, and progress is fine enough, 'cept my squatting is limited by how much I can press overhead once, which is 45kg, a good deal lower than I'd like to squat. With squats twice more often than overhead presses, what should I do to make the most of my situation? Just do a few more sets?

Glute ham raises seem a bit hard to do without anything to tuck my feet under, but I can get the bar with a bit more weight on my chest alright, wasn't sure if front squats were an actual thing. As a side note, is it bad if I can't lift my max rep squat weight on my shoulders from the floor? Should I strive to fix this? I'm avoiding power cleans on my own, since uncontrolled novice power cleans in a cramped kitchen sound pretty stupid. Planning on getting a PT/someone who looks like they know what they're doing to help me the first time I'm in the gym.
