Cons - it won't be sustainable for more than a few months, assuming starting as a beginner.
If you are a beginner, full-body is the best way to train, until you start needing more rest time and programming to make gains.

im still doing this started lifting in late august how do I know when to go split?
also my routine has been all over the place and I need to do something to just maintain muscle while I lose all my fat.
