Okay /fit/. I require some advice. (I read the guide - this is something more specific though) Here are my weight loss figures: Week1: 78.6 Week2: 76.8 Week3: 75.5 Week4: 75.9 Week5: 75.8 Week6: I have started going to the gym 3 times a week. Every night I do not go to the gym I; Run 6 x 400m (relatively quick jogging) with a 1:1 rest ratio that I don't always upkeep. I do 20 burpees at the start, half way through and at the end of my cardio session. I was recommended to do 5 x Push Ups, Sit Ups and Squats (20 seconds/10 seconds rest) I am eating healthy small servings. Although I could cut out sugar completely and I don't think having bread with my eggs is a good idea. Any advice you can give me? Why am I losing such little weight for the amount of work put in?

I see that you've lost 3 kg in a month, what's the problem?

>>15004515 it's more the week 4 where I put on weight and week 5 where I lost 100 grams. This confuses me.

You aren't working hard enough. You need to be in range of your V02 Max and still be killing yourself if you want to lose weight quickly. Maintain your protein intake to what you want to weight per 1g of protein daily. If you can afford it, Id reccomend buying Hydrolized Isolate. What I mean is if you really want to be serious about it, do something like this: Stretch for a good 10 minutes. Start jogging for 2-5 minutes, then engage in the murder: Sprint for 30m, immediately get down and do 20 mountain climbers, quick jog 30m, get down do 25 push ups (tricep pushups), sprint 30m, do 10 burpees. You can take some dumbells with you and do different workouts in between your 30m. You could also substitute 30m for 10m sprints if you really want to die. Do this for 30 minutes to an hour. You will see results a lot faster. Be sure to eat oatmeal in the mornings, but more importantly protein throughout the day. 99% fat free turkey cutlets, 96/4 extra lean ground beef. Chicken Tuna Don't eat carbs within 4 hours of you going to sleep. (some people say after 5pm, but it takes roughly 12-15 hours to process the carbs into energy anyways)

>>15004546 What do you think about eating eggs? I eat a lot of them on a weekly basis

>>15004676 Eggs are fine. 2-4 if you're including them in your meal. 2 wholes, + 2 whites for 4 eggs 2 wholes 1 white for 3 2 wholes for 2 The cholesterol does NOT matter from eggs, unless you're eating like 10 in a sitting

Also, mix it up with some of your resistance training. Do some of the things from bodyrock (i know i know, but they have good workouts sometimes). If you're gonna do burpees, try this: Burpees for 12 minutes: Do them straight for 50 seconds, then 10 seconds rest, for 12 minutes -Side burpees for 4 -spread leg burpees for 4 -star jumper burpees for 4

Thanks for the advice so far. Another question I had; I don't really eat properly structured meals. I often skip breakfast and lunch, and i'm not sure if this is beneficial to my cause (obviously i'm not in taking any calories but still) but also, I was recommended to snack every 3 or so hours to increase metabolism. Would something like a low carb protein bar be good here? I was doing fruit but I found the sugar content to be too high. What about nuts? Thanks

>>15004858 Eat breakfast!!! At least oatmeal. That is where you metabolism starts. BCAAs or isolated whey within 30 minutes of waking up. If you like coffee, drink an 8oz cup of black coffee within that 30 minutes.
