Auschwitz mode here. I'm thinking of dropping SS. Not seeing any results and I feel I am neglecting the areas I want to build. From now on, I'm going to the gym Mon-Fri and doing as many bicep curls, benching, deadlifts i can. I'm going straight to targeting my biceps, chest, triceps, and back. Fuck core, and fuck strength. All I care about is aesthetics so I can get the bitches. pic related; I don't look much better than that.

I do SS. nearly a year in. how about instead of blaming the program you do it right. yep it's easy to throw blame but your skinny ass needs to do it right. 14 kgs in less then a year, 5'8 (manlet brah come at me), was just as skinny as you when i started. now stop complaining and do it right.

When people say eat a lot, do they mean eat a higher protein diet? I can't afford to buy a fuck ton of meat and whey powders, or am I supposed to just eat lots of calories regardless (to some degree) of what it is?

I'm just feeling pretty discouraged. I've been eating and lifting for a month and I started seeing results briefly. However, due to a busy as fuck weekend, I was prevented from eating that much and hitting the gym the past 3 days and now I am back where I started. I am literally as bony as I started. This sucks

If you are at DYEL mode don't go to the gym everyday and don't do isolation workouts, they will do fuck all for increase in muscle size, what you want is to be doing compound workouts for a while and increase the weight every time you can do 12 reps with it, and once you are at your optimum weight, then do isolations
