I got a question. Say I have to consume 2000 something calories a day.
Count out -300 calories cause i'm cutting.
That means I must consume around 1700 calories a day.
Must I eat 1700 calories and not care about the calories I burn when I work out, or
must I eat 1700 calories after having substracted the calories I burned by working out?

BMR+Activity level = TDEE
tl;dr you don't know how you calculated your own caloric requirement

I was just confused because on myfitnesspal , they have something about net worth calories which is basically a sum of calories you must eat substracting the calories you burn .
