Ham and cheese in brown bread, banana, oat biscuits and peanut butter, maybe an orange I'm just starting and I'm trying to build an appetite, no idea what my weight is but I'm pretty skinny and don't eat a whole lot, and I'm a 5" 6 "manlet" as they seem to be called around here

just had bacon, oatmeal, cashews, and milk for breakfast. next meal will be a grilled chicken sandwich with a fruit cup snack on the side

Just got back from das gym. A couple of eggs (ran out), bowl of cheerios, banana, brotein drank, and now I'm munching on some peanuts.
