In my country everyone who is in that tax bracket has a shell company to deduct everything they buy as business expenses.
So in theory yes we have but no one actually pays that shit

Within our lifetimes this will go to supreme court for ruling. Simple - philosophically there is no grounds for a tax that applies when you are buying or selling something for USD - when the USD is not even a means of the transaction. In other words, how can you apply capital gains when you have not sold into the USD? If you sell LTC for BTC, then the tax is within the jurisdiction of BTC, and the US cannot tax a user on the behalf of BTC because the US does not own nor did it create BTC.
Anyway I have dual citizenship and will never pay these fucking kikes a single cent out of my crypto earnings.

Your reasoning is equally retarded, any country can tax whatever they want, regardless of the currency being used, if such was the case no one would use the dollar anymore to avoid paying taxes

Right wing wants you to be poor because they want your fucking money lmao
And both of them want you to be poor because that's the only way the government can get rid of the massive debt, by devaluing the currency

Wut? I'd have to pay for crypto in pasta land only after hitting 51k gains and bringing them in the bank. Technically if holding on physical wallets too, but they'd need a paper signed by a judge with a proper cause too, but good luck having someone wasting time for the burocracy needed.
And informal economy + hatred for taxes is a foundation of Italy

Simple, just make trades that can't be tracked.
Can' t tax what you can't prove. We are getting close to the point where the US government is ineffectual AT BEST. So I also have very few ethical qualms with denying money from the Gov, when I, and most people live so modestly.

Because if everybody is rich then nobody is poor. If everybody can afford everything then nobody can stand-out by owning something that is exclusive to majority.
That's the whole point. It all ends up to a group of attention whores who want to stand-out out of crowd and desperately seeking attention to the fact that they own something that others don't.
The society and the "world economy" solely exist to please the needs of attention whores. And when those attention whores status suddenly becomes more and more invalid as more and more people gaining access to "wealth" - that's when they kick in with retarded restrictions and regulations with one single purpose: to protect their attention-whoring game.
A perfect society where everyone can afford everything cannot exist. See communism and why did it fail. Even that there was a majority of communist supporters, there was a minority of attention whores, who wanted to have "more than everything".
Every single time something good happens to a lot of people at once, the minority immediately kicks in to stop it or to destroy it.

if you want buy property or incorporate to shelter future gains, start a business, get a loan against it, etc You will need to show proof where you obtained the funds from.
If you made it, lets say $3-5 mill try contacting a private bank in the UK or Cayman Islands etc. You might be able to do this if you have a $1mill but i doubt it. They can guide you on how to shelter you gains from taxes however they will want a cut, as in, they will want to manage a portion of your money. Also, google Magic Circle firms

You can buy property exclusively with crypto, like, you can literally send XBT to a person and get a house (and get scammed in the process, of course, lol).
But that shit is still taxable. First, the tax has to be paid on purchase, and then, if they start digging up - you, as a buyer, will have to explain where you got those bitcoins from and if you were ever paying taxes on those, and then comes a huge-ass penalty for money laundering, with a possible imprisonment and confiscation of your purchased property.

Fuck the IRS. Don't pay unconstitutional taxes on something they can't even trace. If you exchange hits you with a 1099 or the like, you should probably go ahead and pay the bribe unless you feel like going the Irwin Schiff route.
If they do by some crazy odds happen to figure you out and come to collect, just act apologetic and explain that you're a boomer that doesn't understand computer money.
Then figure out where you fucked up and how they figured it out and stop doing that. Go back to trading crypto and don't tell them about it because
