I think my prediction yesterday was close to what I expected, ALGO is back to pre-pump ALGO. We've finally liquidated supply around the 1.30-1.40 mark. Unfortunately, an even greater price wall seen around 1.40. Once 1.40 is breached, the next walls to watch out for is 1.475, 1.50, and a huge wall at 1.55 due to the pump and dump on 2/12. Smooth sailing though lots of supply from the dump still being liquidated, so hodl tight, and stay stronk, we're back on track.

To clarify a number of points made in this thread and to provide some insight.
The Foundation does not tactically "release" Algo into supply to dampen price fluctuations or to alter the impact of the market. The value of the Algo is entirely driven by market dynamics.

As you can see from this page, there is a clear plan for the distribution of Algo into the community based on a number of mechanisms. These mechanisms include participation rewards, early backer program, funding for grants. Over the course of this year, the base plan for Algo diffusion into the community is approx. 400M to 500M Algo for the year. There is a condition that may accelerate this (see pt. 5).
The distribution of participation rewards and early backer program vesting is daily and so every day the supply increases.

There has been an acceleration of the daily early back program vesting, in line with the rules of the early backer program - this is based on 30 day rolling average exceeding a high water mark, and then continuing the next day or not, depending on whether the 30 day rolling average is above or below the new high water mark. This doesn't increase the size of the total vesting to this group, it merely accelerates the vesting. This is done on a daily basis.
There is no single 100M Algo diffusion activity that has occurred this year. It would be my suspicion, that the team at algoexplorer.io may have realized that they were miscounting a number of wallets or another technical item, and in fixing this error or update, their calculation for supply corrected by this amount.
This year, there are 2 planned 50M Algo distributions planned to members of the 200M Staking Program. Once in March and a final 50M in September. These are contained in diffusion plan mentioned earlier.
To be clear, without these mechanisms, there would be no Algo diffusion into the community and the Algo would not be a fully decentralized token. So the long term Algo dynamics lays out a clear path to this full decentralization of the Algo by 2030.

Yup. Coinbase keeps track of it for you, and gives you an itemized list(both a pdf one, or a tax program compatible one). If you did it allot you'll have many pages.
If it's a manageable stack just plug it into turbotax or something yourself, if it's too complicated, go to a professional to have your stuff done.
Also if you transfer or use a coin down from your buy position I think you can count it as a loss too.
Again, if you're not sure about how the taxes for you go, get help, accountants dont cost that much, only good ones cost that much , your easy shit probably can be done by a pretty meh one kek.
