Grow up. Housing is also in a bubble because housing prices are inversely proportional to interest rates, which are at all time lows thanks to the Fed. It's the exact same house it was twenty years ago, it's only the price that has changed, because rates have dropped from 7% to 0%. This is related to the dollar but a completely different phenomenon.

Those don't fucking matter, faggot. The majority of people's money doesn't go toward shit like that and it doesn't make a difference. Mortgage payments, car prices, insurance premiums, school tuitions, all these things are what make up the majority of a normal person's expenses, and they're all skyrocketing.

Sure, but the point is that the CPI measure of inflation is bullshit, since it does not take into account all the major expenses of daily living. The price of consomer trash and food is nothing compared to the cost of those big-ticket items that people spend years/decades paying off.
If bread were 2x as expensive, it wouldn't really be that big of a change in the grand scheme of things. If houses and cars were 2x as expensive, it would be.

Dollar is toasted and it’s becoming worthless
At some point it will be so trash that UBI will be normal since USD will start losing value faster and faster as the debt spiral accelerate, they are gonna implemented that on cbdc, together with penalties for savers, it mean either you buy the new iPhone and consoom or they burn your money.

>Federal Reserve prints money
>It enters the economy
>Money is put into crypto, stocks and real estate
>Thereby money exits the economy
The Federal Reserve is causing inflation of assets. Since almost all the new money the Federal Reserve prints ends exiting the "real economy" by entering the giant void of crypto, stocks and RE where it remains stagnant, the price of break and milk remains somewhat normal.
See how that works? Crypto is deflationary for the real economy because crypto is essentially just a giant black hole for useless USD to sit idle. And that black hole will keep growing for as long as the moneyprinter is running.

>If everything is a bubble, it's not a bubble. It's dollar devaluation
Not everything is a bubble or being priced higher as your own post admits. Anything which is touched by debt and leverage is in a bubble, because all these things are affected DIRECTLY BY INTEREST RATES.
>Mortgage payments, car prices, insurance premiums, school tuitions
THESE PRICES GO UP AS RATES GO DOWN. This is not the dollar devaluing. Consumer prices are unironically more important than your debt bubble. The price of milk doubling is much, much, much bigger news than the price of college doubling.

>If bread were 2x as expensive, it wouldn't really be that big of a change in the grand scheme of things
But if inflation is happening, why wouldn't you be able to measure it in cheap things too? Unless there have been recent developments in bread production to offset the inflation.
Furthermore, using the housing market as an indicator would obviously not be better, as there are plenty of examples where prices were far outpacing inflation (00-07)

when inflation occurs artificially, like with the us gov printing gorillions of dollars, prices only rise wherever those dollars are injected. the people getting bailout gibs are corporations and banks. this money goes to assets (securities, real estate, etc.) instead of things that would result in immediate price action for everyday goods. the stonk market has been artificially propped up in this way rn.
