Now after the recent run up in crypto and I'm getting passive income from yield farming. Is it a good idea to quit my 9-5 day job? I'm making more from yield farming than my salary. I don't have to work. Should I stay for the insurance benefits and career possibility?

>>28368839 fuck no anon, crypto gains are great but could go away in an instant, you can't rely on it as your main income. I'm going to give you a cold hard truth, life is an endless grind you will never really escape from. Okay you made a million dollars, now you gotta make sure you don't lose it to inflation, market crashes, societal collapse, etc. There will never be a point where you feel like you're done and safe. My advice is work on getting a gravy job that's easy as fuck and you don't hate doing. Even if it's like 2 days a week, maybe you do some consulting or something. You won't have to worry about the pay as much if you have good supplemental income, but you'll want to keep contacts and doors open. Imagine if you quit your job entirely, became a NEET for five years and suddenly you lost all your money for some reason, you'd be fucked. >>28369230 nobody here is making that much. 99.9% of those threads are LARPs. 6 figure hell is real, you might get that far but that's no escape from waging, that's just means you can retire 2 years earlier kek

>>28369545 Im also hoping a based wisdom anon answers your first question but I suggest not using coinbase. Either kraken or binance. Im approved for kraken but not binance yet, taking forever to verify me. I currently have 18k doge in robinhood sadly but I have such a low DCA that I dont want to sell and try to get another position on another platform. Both have their pro's and con's and I keep asking in threads what people prefer over the other but no one answers. I think binance has lower fees which makes it more enticing but kraken also seems cool. Krakens terminal (trading platform) looks just like cryptowatch which is what I like. At the end of the day its all about what you prefer. With the coin hunting, I think its just doing research and finding a project that actually seems useful to the world of crypto and if you truly believe in it, set aside how much you're willing to stake and let it sit there over time. I want to know how people turn 1k into 50k because Im assuming they're selling their position and going back in? Or coins 10x'ing idk

I went from making $350+ USD a day from YFD alone, to making barely $1'000 USD a month from various other staking and farming cryptos. Fell into a heavy depression too. I was depressed and on the verge of being fired from work... But I wonder if I would have got my shit together if I didn't think I could rely on passive crypto gains. Don't quit. I regret immensely. Everything is fucked. I am cashing out my crypto every week to pay bills, and missing the bullrun I waited 3 years for.

I'm thinking of doing similar to op Quitting my job and living off 25k usd (easily doable) per year. If I properly focus on crypto all I need is 1 percent per month gains at my current level of holdings to cover my expenses. Is this stupid? I also have about 12k per year in passive income from real estate. I get home from work and I'm too tired to focus on learning about yeild farming and new coins. I want to go full time trader but not as a day trader, maybe a short term trade every month or so Is this stupid as fuck?? Forget stuff about keeping routine. I know if I had the time I could focus all my efforts and make properly researched trades. I think 1 to 1.5 percent per month is a very fair target. Anyone else doing similar?

Big stack of link that has been bought and held at the expense of ever looking at other crypto over the past few years. I could easily spare 2k link to fuck around with short term trades. I'm just tired bros. When you see shit like musk saying DOGECOIN and reddit going mental and you see an easy 20 percent pump it's hard to keep missing out when you're fucked from working. Been toying with the idea of looking at crypto 24/7 and seeing what eventuates. Why make 200 bucks at work a day when you could focus your energy on crypto all day and do a few educated (as much as possible) trades.
