>>28286297 I said the same thing when Bitcoin was 4k in 2017 When you think it's not sustaimable, 5x-10x the price and then you get the real peak. That's how bubbles work, most of the people think "this can't go higher" then it goes higher... again and again and they get FOMO and then it crashes

know what isn't sustainable? an economy where quantitative easing and stock buybacks have turned an untold number of companies into zombies who cannot reasonably expect to ever repay their debts and this was before the whole covid debacle where easy money went to a level beyond what everyone thought was possible monetary policies can only help set the stage for innovation to happen, they can't replace a working economy itself. too many people have lost sight of what is real the accumulation of technology and capital into increasingly fewer hands is not sustainable either from a societal standpoint. redistribution is no solution, but preferrential treatments for insiders compounds the problem we need an economic crash. we need bad companies to be wiped out. we need boomers to die at at reasonable age none of this should be heard (or said) in a resentful way. permanent growth is simply not healthy nor sustainable. in nature, the most common instance of permanent growth beyond the point of usefulness is called cancer bitcoin is probably not all that great, but smart contract blockchains and decentralized organisations in general are the best hopes for a future that doesn't degenerate into feudalism and/or widespread violence. in the general insanity of modern economy you cannot blame boomers for parking some of their money into bitcoin

I've just finished liquidating my shitcoins and BTC. I missed the peak in 2017 and lost a lot of potential gains. I might miss a few other shitcoin pumps but I'm playing it safe and not going to make the same mistake again. I didn't make as much as some anons here but its around $350k which I'll be using for a house deposit. It's been a fun few months anons, adios.

>>28287521 It is already en route. Boomers dying off en mass will trigger it. They are only age demographic that is keeping the economy moving along albeit at a labored pace. Once their assets liquidate there's nobody else that has the capital to replace them. Big Pharma and Medical bubble will burst first and following that it will be the real estate market since there aren't not enough buyers to pay for inflated properties. All of the service industires that boomers support will fall next snow balling into massive correction that will revert USA and rest of the developed world back to late 19th social/economical stratification. The massive underclass supporting a small cabal of the ultra-rich which control nearly everything. Pretty now but you can't even buy luxury goods and homes become multi-generation rentals out of economical necessity.
