Right now? Honestly, just keep it in the crypto market. Take half, put it in things that are relatively stable and likely to go up like ETH, BTC. Take the other half and speculate a little bit on coins that have a solid history and a roadmap to higher value.
Which ones are those? I can't say. My guesses are Link, Lumens, Graph, and Algorand. But I don't have a crystal ball. And all of them WILL drop in value at one point or another because that's how this game is played.
Just be happy you can move them around tax-free right now without getting hit with cap gains and weird shit they do to stock traders.

Pulling 2-3% a year out of 2m is a good start. You can get a mortgage and pay it off slowly out of the 40-60k a year you’ll be earning on your portfolio. If your investments are earning 5+ % and you can lock in a 30 year mortgage at <4%, it’s basically free money. Buying a house upfront with current interest rates is generally a bad idea.
