notice that historically speaking, whenever there’s a bull market LTC goes vertical (>10x) whenever it’s at its lowest pain point vs BTC, typically rising to a 0.02 ratio (~20x where we are now)
now look at the USD line
LTC is the only boomer coin that has not yet broken ATH, or even come near it
its about to touch a local top, from here it will either drop a little or go on a run
now think about this from a market psychology perspective
BTC is about to dip and/or crab, might be today tomorrow or next week but it won’t keep going up on a straight line forever
when this happens crypto noobs and boomers will move USD into LTC because the number is lower than ETH or BTC and it’s been performing well
now go to the litecoin foundation website. they are adding mimblewimble support on March 15th, this will coincide with a likely bull alt market around that time combined with hype about LTC becoming a cheaper monero alternative supported on every exchange
finally, consider that if all of the above is brutally, horribly wrong, the absolute worst case scenario is that you bought a coin that mostly seems to be tracking BTC price movement without quite as big of gains. you are extremely unlikely to lose money unless the entire market crashes, in which case every bet was a bad bet
