I really want to like Tesla's EVs, but I can't get around the fact that they can remotely brick your car via software. It's stupid and overreaching, wishing now for Toyota to make an all-electric Tacoma.

Shit's less of a truck and more of a crossover design. It also looks uncomfortable as fuck unless you're a 5'10 manlet. Not a fan of crewcabs that eat up deck space like that, either.
Musk wasn't aiming for the truck enthusiasts when he designed this crap. Wake me up when there's a less meme-y electric truck, and it better be full-size.
And now, to completely remove all legitimacy from what I just said... For me, it's the Rolls-Royce Phantom 8 (extended wheelbase model): the vehicle that truly says you're a rich fucking bastard who doesn't give a shit.

Also need to have a computer and a nice couch and bed inside, so it can be used as a temporary house.
It could open up by the sides and expand its space while stationary.
The wings could have propellers for vertical flying. It would be a big car, indeed.
Then I would like to clone my Skyrim girl in a flesh body and bring her for a ride in the car. Feels so good to be autistic.

Obviously, because bitches and normies love it and the only thing I care about in a car is how impressed bitches and normies will be by it. I genuinely hate driving and I think it's extremely dangerous and I don't undestand how people can go out there on the road without constantly fearing for their life. The thought that some cunt can just have a small slip of his hand and murder me and my whole family terrifies me, I only drive when I absolutely have to.

I probably won't because there will be a 15% mark-up in the form of capital gains tax.
I would unironically pay in Dogecoin, since I don't own any, I could borrow DAI against my ETH, buy Dogies and then pay without incurring a capital gains tax, or minimal since the appreciation would probably be nothing in that short period.

Anyone have any recommendations otherwise for a smallish camping vehicle? I don't care about aesthetics, more utility and I don't need a massive SUV.

What you should be looking at is the Dodge Grand Caravan / Chrysler town & country minivans. The wonderful thing about those is getting them with Stow `n go seating that fold into the floor. Pic is one with all seats down with a sheet of 4x8 plywood. That is your golden ticket. If you get the SXT model with towing hitch you can tow up to 3500 lbs in a trailer or otherwise.
