You can literally buy crypto with cash. But be careful to not get killed by a bunch of niggers. Depending on how much you have and where you live, I'd go with really small transactions - do not go above your country avg monthly wage size, even reduce it.
OR. You may ask your relatives (parents, brothers/sisters etc, like really close people) to use their bank accounts for your purchase and pay them in cash. I wouldn't go with "friends" unless you are 100% sure in those people.
Also, if you are into buying with someone else credit card - I'd go with OTC private purchases and not direct exchange access until the shit is settled. You will definitely have higher exchange rates applied, but that is the price you pay. It is also risky as you may get scammed there, so also go in small chunks.
OR. You can just collect the cash and put it somewhere safe in your parents house, for example, and buy crypto later.

I think he already has the physical cash. Its not digits in a bank account. He just needs to convert that cash into crypto which he can do with a little hassle. When it comes time to cashing out though Idk how that will work. Once the divorce is finalized and he tries to cash out a year later will the wife's lawyer ever know or be alerted somehow? Idk how that works but I'd assume they wouldn't have access to the information once the divorce has been settled. In that case he'd have to do increments through the ATM or use local BTC again which would be a massive pain and dangerous probably to cash out.

Let's say, he only has like 50k in cash or whatever. Will you go straight to a some complete retard on the street with 50k in cash? - Probably not. It will be safe to play it like 1.5-2k at max per transaction so even if you are fucked, you ain't gonna lose that much. So for just a matter of 50k, he will probably need to find like 20-30 dealers just to play it safe - that's a lot of people, and that's a lot of time, and that's a fuck ton of risk getting your ass beaten up and all cash and crypto being taken from you.
Why not buy from same person? - Obviously, if you are buying 2-3k worth of crypto from the same person over and over again, at some point there's a high chance to find a bunch of night visitors in your house. Because they know that if you are buying it wish cash, you already hove something to hide and probably you will not call for police assistance.
Reality is, buying this shit completely offline and with zero trace record is risky as fuck.

Buy some crypto offer (I think about 6 is there) then when the divorce happens kinda fight for the account but let her take it.
