I keep seeing anons saying they turned 1.5k into 100k within a week. People making shit loads off everything and everything, from rbc to donut to boa to reef to milk and so on. I bought some link after someone here said it was good and I've barely got the money I put into it. What am I doing wrong? I want to make it so bad, what are some better coins to go into?

the Reality is people that make 1.5k to 100k are 99% of the time larpers the other 1% got lucky. Swingingers always loose in the long run thats why professional Investors have a hard time beating the market. sure some years they do by an amazing margin other years they loose just as incredible. I would recommend you dyor and invest in something you trust will take of buy and wait. I turned 10k euros to 600k within the last 3 years by holding link. I trust in the fat man and what he is developing. I dont know if now is a good time to still buy stinkers but I am biased as fuck because I bought in so cheap. I bet there are thousands of projects out there that will see amazing growth in the new market that is developing right under our nose. just have to put in the time to research

You need to stop comparing yourself to others.
The easiest way is to get a job and put a certain amount into the STOCK market each paycheck, then after awhile you can start to diversify and start putting it into crypto as well.
Getting rich overnight is rare. And even if you hit a x10 well if you only have 1k then that's only 10k.
And if you are gambling 10k on a shitcoin then goodluck. I will never invest more than 15% of my money into crypto, and even then it will be the main ones, btc, eth, and link. Thats it. No shitcoins.
I suggest heading to /smg/. If you want violitailty you can find it there with penny stocks and options but again. Thats should not be your main investments. Those are spec plays and most of your money should be in safer long term plays.
In fact pretty soon I'm just going to split between arkk, soxl, and fngu and say fuck worrying about this shit anymore.

The trick with crypto is to just get in as early as possible. If you see a bunch of people talking about a new coin and the price hasn't move up much, then you've hit a golden opportunity. When you see a bunch of smug pepe threads full of people who got in but refuse to cash out, you sell.

I haven't touched crypto since 2017/8 crash. And I luckily paid off all my gambling cc debt right when covid hit so I started dumping every paycheck into the market. Hit big with some ev and tech stocks. Going to try to get to 50k and move to etfs. If you want to gamble with stocks, options are fucking insane compared to crypto.

A 5% movement in a blue chip or large cap can be a 100%+ movement in the options.
Warrants especially for SPACs give great leverage too. Ive had many go 500-1000%. I also had BNGOW at .10 and those went up 12000% but i missed most of that movement.

a. they're low information "investors" that buy things because others tell them to and/or
b. they're betting money on the project being able to deliver on making trustless smart contracts a reality for the greater business world
If you fall into the former category (and you do), then I suggest you actually read the fucking white paper and do your own research to determine whether or not you think it's more your money to gamble a fat Russian who wears the same plaid shirt to every talk he does ability to revolutionize how business is done in the world. If you don't, then just buy ETH and BTC and check back on the price every few months or so. Rules to make it in crypto

But any token with a use case around Defi, capitalising on blockchain data, or some how saving people money etc (but remember needs to be first in the space). Note, I avoid crypto which are litterally just a blockchain (there are already enough).
