For those that know, are are in doubt, ask yourself:
Why would we get told exactly what would happen, months before it would? Why would we have flare insiders telling us about their public dates? Think very hard about this.
Now, check pic related.

Now a bunch of normies are holding bags of XRP. Many of them are noobs, and it's their first crypto.
The whole action definitely "brought attention to the potential of XRP". I expect it to stick around $.40 at least now, considering how many people bought at >%.5
And those niggers are part of the market now. They're unskilled, and pumping money in with each loss. This whole action was an IV to XRP

I think it separated the wheat from the chaff, to a degree. Sure, it may have introduced some to XRP, but it likely alienated a lot of those by the volatility. Some will likely never want anything to do with it again. Fine by me.

I mentioned this literally after I saw the first red candle at 75 cents when the pump and dump was confirmed. However for the average individual there's no more reason to hold XRP so i'd expect it to trickle down to where it came from, 28-30 cents. I do feel bad for the people who actually bought on the fake pump timestamp. What I do want to know is whether or not ripple were involved in the pump and dump or if it's just other whales.

The next price movement is when we'll see XRP being adopted for it's intended use. Whether that will happen or not is a different story and is anyone's guess.

Winning the SEC lawsuit will be good, but it looks like this could take years. SEC themselves described how a lawsuit between them and ripple would potentially look. They said that most likely the case will end up at court. This case isn't just about ripple, they want clarity for all cryptos in general. This lawsuit is the catalyst for that. A final ruling will certainly not happen overnight. According to the former head of the SEC, such a case could last anywhere between 1 and 5 years. Timeline makes sense to me, because if XRP is to be a bridge currency for CBDCs, we will have regulatory clarity by the time CBDC's are actually relevant, which is still years away as well. I know some people will call this fud tho, without providing any counter arguments. And yes all of the above is my personal opinion, but it's based on what the people in the know themselves, are telling us.

from a technical perspective it's looking good for accumulation here. if it drops DCA or have a tight stop-loss.
>oversold
>bottoming out
>possible bounce on the .681 fib
but you're partly right, we could see .30, i would just trigger my stop loss and reaccumulate there instead but i have a feeling we can see another "dead cat" bounce to about .44-.46, i would take profits there and wait to see if it recovers above .51 before calling for a full send.
and yes this was a proper pump and dump, but now that there's more people holding bags at 70 cents we could see another move soon, and if we hear something positive from SEC ruling that could also trigger an even bigger "pump and dump" situation that takes it above 86 cents and then it's clear skies.

The only thing that makes sense is the shakeout theory . Ripple is not going to fuck themselves after working so hard to get India, Uk, etc on board just to throw it out the window for +5 shekels.
Or another faction wants to fuck Ripple up by dirtying their reputation, and the escrow auto bot just protects the entire market by balancing irregularities (like dumping 40 billion XRP) not likely though.

Yeah this is the only question that I have about the whole event. Is ripple involved in the pump and dump or were they just observers here? The thing is, the pump and dump was really obvious. Whenever they give you a time when something is going to go up, it's ALWAYS the opposite happening. I don't know why anyone'd think this would be an exception.
>Or another faction wants to fuck Ripple up by dirtying their reputation
Before the event had begun, I had formulated 4 possibilities as to why it's happening and this was one of them. I'd love to find out if this is the reason it happened, or if ripple, among other whales really just wanted to make a quick buck by whatever means necessary. I guess we'll never know.

Yes it could happen, just as they could still settle. But if they do this, then there won't be regulatory clarity for the crypto space and if anything, will just further delay the maturation of cryptos. Me personally, I will just keep my XRP suicide stack and otherwise just invest in defi coins. Altho if I am honest I wish I'd just bought silver instead and left it at that. I was already on the checkout page for tons of silver and then just closed the page the last second. Now I can't even buy silver coins anymore, they're all hoarded up by the elite already.

It appears that in the midst of an SEC lawsuit which accuses Ripple of being an ongoing xrp price manipulation scam, Ripple released millions of xrp tokens from escrow and executed the back half of one of the biggest manipulated pump and dumps in crypto history.

You seem to be either uninformed or intentionally misleading people. Ripple can't do whatever they please with the escrow, what they do with the escrow is contractually determined. You can't just make up things as you go. Of course if the escrow was released to a third party to do with as they please, then they could indeed sell it off.

ripple doesn't control the unlocking, if it's scheduled to unlock then it's not their fault retards are buying tops by the time they have coins available.
it also wouldn't make sense for them to do anything too sketchy while under a SEC lawsuit/investigation, i think people are just timing the dumps in order to blame ripple and create fud. im not emotionally invested at all in xrp, ive made some good gains from it but could care less if it crashes and burns forever. just wouldn't make sense for them to self-sabotage this way. i think there are groups coordinating pumps and dumps around the time ripple has their coins unlocked in order to scare noobs.
couldn't you just follow those coins and see what they did? see if they were deposited to an exchange? if they weren't then it wasn't ripple dumping. very simple.

there's nothing about any ruling from this case from the largely irrelevant SEC that will establish clarity for XRP or any other crypto. the suit is about the sale of "unregistered securities," nothing more. all it will do is point out that the SEC has not established a clear regulatory framework for crypto (they were BTFO when ripple called them out on ETH), and that urgency is needed in order to not curb innovation in the space
ripple has made it clear in their response they want this shit settled ASAP

The reality is, that things left unsaid during critical moments are things implied. If the SEC settles, it will create a precedent for future rulings... And because of the specific nature of XRP, we should not be inclined to care. It will be profitable, with or without that 'maturation.'
Either way, my personal expectation is that VISA will partner with XRP in time for the coming release of the Coinbase card... VISA's CEO has already announced the desire to get a global stablecoin on their network, along with BTC. And Bank of America already has a "partnership" with Ripple. If Ripple can clear this lawsuit, it's extremely possible we could see a three-way entry into XRP by major industry leaders. XRP should remain 'stable' after everything settles down, but the sheer amount of transactions (and with the possibility of rewards deliveries driving XRP up even higher, as they will occur as many small sales transactions,) will drive the price of XRP through the roof. Keep in mind, this is ALL SPECULATION. But I see an extreme potential here.
Silver is also a great investment, and everyone should own between 40oz - 1000oz as a hedge against retardation. Any more than that is speculative investing.
