It doesn't matter that Bitcoin might not work on a global scale due to scaling limits or that Chainlink isn't fully ready yet or whatever the "technical" limitations are. What matters is that there is hype and lots of dumb money. I've been in that midwit position, but thankfully biz helped me in 2018 to understand it all much better. It's like shorting TSLA because the "pe ratio" is too high when nobody buying TSLA gives a shit about it even. Really the markets are more about human psychology than fundamentals currently, otherwise LINK would have been at $5 in 2018 and already at $200.

Sure enough they shorted Tesla and bought Pfizer stocks because it seemed logical to them. They are not at all considering the rest of the market. They actually think they are the only ones that are smart enough to figure out that Tesla is overvalued or that Pfizer would earn money by selling the vaccine. I told them that the market usually prices things in and that Pfizer has a higher probability of going down since everybody is expecting them to have high vaccine sales and any bad news about the vaccine would cause the price to drop and that everyone is already saying that Tesla is overvalued, yet nobody is selling so it might continue its trend. Sure enough they both closed their positions with losses. They still don't listen to me and think they are smarter than everyone else lol
