I sleep like 9-10 hours everyday. I want to sleep like 4 hours so I can do more things and practically live longer. How?

One of the interesting things about sleep is that barring any disorders like insomnia, your body will kind of force you to sleep for as much as it needs you to. 9-10 hours is a lot if you're in your 20s or older and could be cut back to 7-8 without noticing much difference in your performance, but going all the way back to 4 hours is just going to result in you sleeping through alarms or napping on the couch. There's no amount of discipline that can keep you awake when your body needs to shut down and sleep.
