I believe at a deep level that no matter what I do, I will end up failing everything I try, as well as feeling I'm too old for any meaningful change to happen in my life (I'm 33). Which is ironic because at a surface level I feel very confident and feel the best I've ever felt before, daily I feel like I'm improving and feeling more relaxed and comfortable. Why do I believe something different at a core level even though my current life status is entirely the opposite and how can I move this deep belief to be more in alignment with my current life?

>>22003892 Whatever problem you have, most people here will only tell you you're making excuses and shoud try harder. Kind of a waste of time.
